適用范圍：
該產(chǎn)品是由TY6051—FN型聚酰亞胺薄膜單面或雙面涂以F46膠經(jīng)干燥分切而成的膠帶（以下簡(jiǎn)稱膠帶）。該膠帶使用于做電工導(dǎo)線繞包絕緣材料，在350℃—380℃溫度下0.5min 熔融成型。

2.尺寸：
1）長(zhǎng)度
膠帶長(zhǎng)度及接頭數(shù)根據(jù)用戶要求，滿足其需要。
2）寬度
膠帶的寬度及允許偏差為10mm±0.5mm、15mm±0.5mm。根據(jù)用戶需求可提供其他寬度規(guī)格的膠帶。
3）膠帶的標(biāo)稱厚度及允許偏差應(yīng)符合下表規(guī)定

Applicable Range: This product is manufactured with the raw material of polyimide film painted with F46 adhesive on single or both sides. After drying, it has been cut into different width. The product can be used for electrical lead winding insulating material. This product is fused at the temperature from 350℃ to 380℃ at 0.5 minute.
1.Technological requirement:
1.1 Appearance:
The tape should be dry, clean and smooth and the tape should have no defects such as air bubble, pinhole, elc.
1.2 Dimension:
1）Length: The length of the tape as well as the number of splice should be made as the requests of client.
2）Width: the width of the tape and its tolerance is as follows: 10mm±0.5mm, 15±0.5mm other width of tape is available too.
3）The tape’s standard thickness and its tolerance is as follows:

2.Packing, marking, storage and transportation
2.1 The film, tape should be rolled on the plastic or paper core. Put it into a plastic bag. After sealing the bag, put them into a wooden or dry paper box. with desiccant in it.
2.2 The test report should be put into the box. Each box should have product’s name, specification, batch number, gross weight, net weight, production date, manufacturer, dampproof as well as impact-proof on it.
2.3 The shelf life is 6 months. It still can be used if the quality is ok after inspection.
2.4 The product should be stored in a lightproof, dry, clean, and ventilated warehouse.
2.5 On transportation, the product should avoid sun light, humidity. The product should not be stressed, breaked and avoid mechanical manage.
