玻璃纖維電刷軟管（符合滬Q/JBQ15-2001） 

Fiberglass Sleeving For Carbon Brush （In According With Shanghai Q/JBQ15-2001）  

    系采用無堿玻璃纖維編織管浸涂粘結(jié)劑粘結(jié)而成，具有優(yōu)良的柔軟性和剪口不散的特點(diǎn)。適用于電刷辮護(hù)套。 

   長度：1000（）毫米。 

   外觀：表面無皺紋、花斑和發(fā)粘現(xiàn)象，但允許有玻璃絲管引起的小顆粒，顏色黑色或深色，無明顯褪色現(xiàn)象。 

   耐熱性：管子在130±2℃恒溫箱中垂直放置24小時(shí)，冷卻后纏繞于規(guī)定的棒徑上漆膜無斷裂現(xiàn)象。 

   耐搓：管子剪開截面后，用手指搓動(dòng)10次，截面散開不超過二個(gè)花紋（即二個(gè)交叉點(diǎn)）。 

   導(dǎo)線色澤*性：導(dǎo)線被軟管套入部分的色澤應(yīng)與未套入部分*。 

    The fiberglass sleeving for carbon brush is a non-alkali fiberglass braided sleeving coated with adhesive.It possesses excellent fiexibility and smooth cut.It can be used as a cover for the pigtail of a carbon brush. 

    Length:1000（）mm. 

    Appearance:The sleeving is not sticky.There are no lines andblots on the surface but small pellets may appear due to glass thread sleeving.It is colour is black or dark,and no any clear sign of discolouration. 

    Heat resistance:When it cools down after being kept in a box with a constant temp of 130±2℃ for 24 h and is wound around the specific mandrel,It is coating will not crack. 

    Twist resistance:When the sleeving is cut and the new end is twisted ten times by fingers,the crosscut will not get loose by two inter-sections of braid. 

    Compatibility of wire is colour:The colour of the wire inserted inside the sleeving should be compatible with the colour it was uninserted.
